If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out Street Etiquette, I definitely recommend it. Josh and Trav have impeccable taste. Here Trav is taking a summer classic and making it his own: oxford shirt and coloured chinos. I love what a shot of colour can do for a guy and summer and it’s a shame that more men don’t understand this. All that it takes is a basic understanding of skin tone and a guy can do a lot with a little colour. Anyhow, check out their site for more photos from the same shoot.

I share a similar skin tone to Trav from Street Etiquette, so I always pay particular attention to the colors he chooses to wear. Needless to say, I’m reconsidering the merits of yellow oxford cloth.

Joshua Kissi of Street Etiquette always nails it. Here the muted, solid-coloured polo perfectly keeps the madras pants toned down and in balance. I’m seeing so much madras lately and loving it. I think it’s going to be my next personal trend.
